Produktbeschreibung

:1. Die Isolierplatte aus Edelstahl ist mit PU-Schaum gefüllt, 120 mm dick. Beide Seiten bedecken eine 0,6 mm dicke Edelstahlplatte. Der Isolierboden mit einer Dicke von 225 mm ist nahtlos verschweißt. Kein Auslaufen und Einsinken.2. Das Förderband besteht aus einem speziellen hochfesten SUS304-Spiralgeflecht. Hochfrequenz-Induktionsheizung wird für die Formung des Stabkopfes verwendet. Läuft ruhiger und hält länger.3. Verdampfer aus Aluminiumlegierung. Aluminiumrohre und -lamellen sind für einen guten Wärmeaustausch dicht ausgelegt.4. Elektrisches Bedienfeld aus SUS304. Es kann per Relais, SPS oder Touchscreen gesteuert werden.5. Sicherheitsvorrichtung: Förderbandumdrehinduktor, Bandinduktionsregler, Notschalter.
